Assuming you install correctly, you should be able to simply drop the profile file in your SaveGames folder, plug in your controller, start the game, and play! It worked great, no programes, no problemu. I could even change controller to keyboard in the middle of a fight. But after some Time. I got a new gaming laptop yesterday, and today, Battlefront 2 2017. On the store page on Steam, it says nothing about controller support - but when I check the in-game settings, it shows a button layout for xBox controllers. Hopped off from playing the PS4 version (my dad's accoubt), and so I'm more used to using a controller for this game.
